Welcome to Stonecliff Park. Based in the popular village of Welton, a few miles north of Lincoln, we have much to offer for those wishing to retire or downsize.

Stonecliff Park was started in the mid 1960’s, and originally occupied a small area of land near the centre of the village, now known as Cliff Court. After moving to the present location in Prebend Lane, it was taken over by the Ball family in September 1970. Bernard Ball introduced extensive landscaping and pioneered the sale of the new ‘twin’ units with the first of these homes sited in 1972. A 5 acre extension was completed in the 1990’s adding a further 47 homes.

The Park has been owned by the same family for 46 years, and has been consistently improved and expanded throughout this period. The village is a thriving community with many groups, societies and sports clubs catering for the active and less active.

The Park is well laid out with tarmac roads and street lighting throughout, and our Warden, Shane Bagley, lives on site.

There are still opportunities to own a new home on Stonecliff and we would be pleased to provide a quotation.
