The park caters for the over 50’s age group and has a range of different sized homes situated in just over 13 acres.
There is a social club near the entrance operated independently by the residents. They have a library of books and films to borrow and run various weekly activities including whist, quiz nights and keep fit. A number of coffee mornings and jumble sales and coach outings are also arranged each year, where you can interact with other residents and make new friends.
The Park is situated in the village of Welton, six miles to the north of the city of Lincoln.
Welton has a good range of shops, including a co-op supermarket, newsagent and fish and chip shop. There is also a health centre and library and a regular bus service to Lincoln throughout the day.
